I honestly understand why Kristan and I always had the "frilly" (Mini-World) matching dresses....girls are just too much fun to dress! If you have a little gal, you know exactly what I mean. Lydia is only 3 months old and her collection of hairbows, tights, and shoes are outrageous and I see no end in sight. ;) I send a -sigh- and a big hug to Kristan who has 3 boys. As handsome as they look in there button-up cowboy shirts, wranglers and hats, it just isn't the same as a cute little dress with all the 'matchy-matchy' hair bows, tights and shoes; although Derek did sport a pink shirt for awhile and looked absolutely adorable in it...he isn't afraid of a girl color. However, even if she would have had a girl the poor thing wouldn't have been able to wear a bow because Ty wouldn't allow it. Everytime he sees Lydia (whom he is quiet smitten over) he whines about her bow and tells me his kids would never wear a bow...well we will never know...I think she would have because Aunt Katie would have bought them for her ;) ha!
I have tried to capture Lydia in all her little 'girly' outfits...I can't believe how fast she is outgrowing them. So some of my favs I just had to capture without her in them. And her shoes...oh my her shoes...I'm in trouble!!
I do love, love, love this little girl...just can't get enough. If you haven't met her yet, you just wait she'll capture your heart in a second.
Enjoy the pics of Lydia and her 'stuff'....when I get them posted...ha!! I promise there are more coming...a girl can only do so much ;)
you gotta love the BIG flowers...thanks Auntie Cheryl!!
