Kristan's Family Comes To Visit

Kristan, Ty and the boys came out and spent a few weeks. It is always good to spend time with them, sure wish they were closer so we could see them more than twice a year.

We celebrated Derek's 5th birthday and Grandma Newman's birthday.

Derek was the first to "test drive" the old Honda 50...he was hilarious, absolutely no fear in this child!

Well, Conrad decided a few days before Kristan was headed back to Nebraska that he was going to head to Oklahoma and go to school. So he loaded his truck and followed them home.

We went on a train ride and here is Samuel waving and "mooing" at the cows as we go by.

I love this picture. Samuel is just watching Derek skip rocks and giggling at him. Eventually he went and tried it for himself.

He has a 'little' obsession with helmets, so we got him his very own. He wears it every day, most of the day and sometimes sits on his bike for 15 minutes, just hanging out wearing his helmet.
